July 1 Hotel reservations open Suggestion: Mail team fee ($550/team) and hotel deposit ($300/team) so they are received by July 15th July 15 ****Regular Season rosters due by midnight Pacific Time - Team Fee ($550/team) and Hotel Deposit ($300/team) must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) - Team division designations due July 17 - ***GSWS rosters can be entered August 1 - ***GSWS rosters due by midnight Pacific Time - Last day to reduce the number of teams attending the GSWS and request a refund (you can't add teams) August 23 - ***Last day to send roster change form to the Assistant Commissioner August 29 - Summer Meeting - Hilton Hotel 8 AM - Registration - Host Hotel 12 PM to 10 PM August 30 - Summer Meeting - Hilton Hotel 8 AM - Registration - Host Hotel 10 AM to 11 PM - GSWS rosters are locked - 2 PM - Umpire meeting - Hilton Hotel 7:30 PM - Managers meeting - Hilton Hotel 9 PM August 31 - Pool Play begins for B, C and D divisions - Registration at the fields - Opens 1 hour before first game and closes at the start of the last game - Opening Ceremonies - Gates open at 5:30 PM September 1 - Pool Play for B, C and D divisions - Registration at the fields - Opens 1 hour before first game and closes at the start of the last game September 2 - Pool Play begins for A division - Double Elimination begins for B, C and D divisions  (PUT IN RED LETTERING) - Registration at the fields - Opens 1 hour before first game and closes at the start of the last game - Talent Show - Pabst Theatre September 3 - Double Elimination starts for A division - Registration at the fields - Opens 1 hour before first game and closes at the start of the last game - Hall of Fame Dinner September 4 - Registration at the fields - Opens 1 hour before first game and closes at the start of the trophy games - Street Bash - 4 PM to 11 PM September 5 - Championship Saturday and Legends Game at Wirth Park - Closing Ceremonies at the Harley Davidson Museum
