Registration (Saturday, Sunday & Monday August 23rd thru 25th).
Sponsorship (Contract local businesses for sponsorships)
Hospitality (Maps, Milwaukee Info, directions etc.)
Operations/Logistics (Golf Carts, Fields Support, Events Support etc.)
Program (development and production of the Series 2009 program that goes to all participants.)
Volunteers (soliciting, coordinating and scheduling volunteers)
Fundraising (Running and supporting any local fundraisers).

Registration (registration of players/coaches, handing out registration packets, etc.)
Opening Ceremonies Support (Event set up and tear down, directing attendees etc.)
Hospitality at Host Hotels (Providing directions and event information)
Field Directors (oversees all activities at the Softball Complex)
Field Administrators (collecting scores, stocking water in dug-outs, answering questions, hospitality etc.)
Talent Show Support (Sign ups, back stage support etc.)
Operations/Logistics Support (event set up and tear down, fields ancillary equipment set up, delivery to events & fields etc.)
Closing Ceremonies (Event set up and tear down, ticket takers, awards coordinators etc.)
