FAQ

WHAT IS THE NAGAAA HALL OF FAME?

The NAGAAA Hall of Fame was established in 1997 by a group of "Old Timers". The mission of the Hall of Fame is to provide a historical perspective and to perpetuate the history of gay softball and the Gay Softball World Series.

WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS?

Any 10 year member of the NAGAAA association, whether living or deceased, can be nominated. The nominee should have made significant contributions to their league and/or to NAGAAA.

VOTING

The Hall of Fame members vote on the nominees each year. More information is available on the NAGAAA .

WHERE CAN I FIND THE HALL OF FAME AND THE HISTORY OF NAGAAA?

The history of NAGAAA and the Hall of Fame will be displayed at the Milwaukee Gay Arts Center located at 703 S. 2nd Street, right in the heart of the gay nightlife. The display is open Tuesday, September 1st from 6 to 9pm.   The second opening is the night of the Street Bash on Friday, September 4th from 6 to 9pm. Come to the fun-filled Street Bash and stop in and see the pictures, memorabilia and trophies! How many times has your city won? Some artifacts will be on display at the Championship Games on Saturday, September 5th.
