The Saturday
Softball League is proud to host the 33rd Annual NAGAAA
Gay Softball World Series! We expect as many as 200 teams
and 4,000 players, fans, and friends to converge on Milwaukee
from across the United States and Canada for the largest annual
gay sporting event. Milwaukee is known as the "City of Festivals"
and in that spirit, we are proud to present NAGAAAFest 2009.
In addition to a stellar softball tournament, NAGAAAFest will
be a series of events, celebrations and parties for the entire
community.
Closing
ceremonies will be held at the Harley-Davidson Museum
featuring Kristine W and Chad Michaels as "Cher"!

A few weeks back
we informed you of our headliner "Diva", Thelma
Houston, after she performed at American Idol. Now
we bring you the rest of the "Diamond Divas" that will entertain
you at the Opening Ceremonies of NAGAAAFest on Monday, August
31st. The Opening Ceremonies
will take place on the shores of Lake Michigan, the "Fresh
Coast" on the Briggs & Stratton stage. Admission is FREE
to all GSWS softball players on the rosters (18) and the 2
designated non-players on each roster. Additional tickets
will be available for sale before and on the day of the event.
More details to come.
We'll need many volunteers
to help create an amazing experience for everyone involved.
